What types of businesses do you work with?

I primarily support creatives and small business owners, with a strong focus on florists, wedding, and event based businesses. That said, I also enjoy learning about and supporting other service based industries and welcome enquiries from businesses outside this space.

What’s the benefit of a monthly retainer?

Monthly retainers:

  • Guarantee availability

  • provide priority support

  • reduce admin back-and-forth

  • and help you stay organised consistently.

They’re ideal for businesses needing ongoing support rather than one-off tasks.

How does the discovery call work?

The discovery call is a relaxed, no pressure conversation where we discuss your business, current workload, and goals. It allows us to see if we are the right fit and gives me the information needed to prepare a tailored proposal for you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Retainers have a minimum 3-month commitment, as systems, workflows, and client management require consistency to be effective. Ad Hoc work is a 2-hour minimum.

Will I need to give you access to my systems?

Yes, access to relevant tools such as email, CRM, or project platforms is needed to provide effective support. All information is handled with care, professionalism, and confidentiality. I recommend using Last Pass. If you don't use anything, I can create this for you during my first week.

What tasks are not included?

I do not provide:

  • Accounting or tax services

  • Legal advice

  • Custom coding or advanced development

  • Design-heavy branding work

What tools do you work with?

common tools I work with and have worked with are:

  • Google Workspace

  • CRM ( Notion and Salesforce)

  • Canva

  • Microsoft Office

  • Scheduling, invoicing, and project management platforms

(Non-technical, admin-focused support only.)
